Terms of Service
Last updated: June 4, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TinyOps Shopify app (the “Service”), provided by WiseRoad Solutions, LLC (“WiseRoad,” “we,” “us”). By installing or using TinyOps, you (“you,” the “merchant”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.
1. The Service
TinyOps provides automation features for Shopify stores, including low-stock alerts, daily sales summaries, invoice PDFs, review-request emails, and CSV/Google Sheets exports. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must have an active Shopify store and the authority to install apps on it. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your store’s use of the Service.
3. Plans, trials & billing
- Paid plans (e.g. Starter and Pro) are billed monthly through Shopify; charges appear on your Shopify invoice.
- Plans may include a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from within the app or by uninstalling; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
4. Customer data & privacy
In operating the Service we process personal data of your customers on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are the controller of that data and are responsible for having a lawful basis for processing and for providing any required notices and choices to your customers (including for review-request emails). We act as your processor / service provider and will process such data only to provide the Service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully or to send unsolicited bulk or spam email; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or resell the Service without our written consent.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by WiseRoad and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while these Terms are in effect. Your store’s data remains yours.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that emails or exports will always be delivered.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiseRoad will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WiseRoad harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, including claims related to your handling of your customers’ data.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which WiseRoad Solutions, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of these Terms will be the state or federal courts located in that State.
