How does billing work?
There's a free plan to start, plus Starter ($9) and Pro ($19) tiers. Billing is handled securely through Shopify — charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime from the app.
What data does TinyOps access?
Only what the automations need: orders, products, and inventory. Customer details (name, email, address) are used solely to generate invoices and send the emails you enable. We never sell data. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
Will the emails hurt my deliverability?
Emails are sent from a verified, authenticated domain (SPF + DKIM) and are plain-text and transactional. Review requests include a one-click unsubscribe.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
All your data is permanently deleted shortly after you uninstall, in line with Shopify's data-protection requirements.
